The use and retention of data is done pursuant to applicable federal and state law and the laws of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

All services require an initial free consultation and a service agreement between Whitehaven Tirol LLC and the prospective business customer. Whitehaven Tirol LLC will not provide any services without prior written agreement.
Given the nature of some of our business advisory services, Whitehaven Tirol LLC will conduct KYC/KYB and AML checks. Retention of personal information and documents collected for the purpose of conducting these checks will be retained in accordance with applicable legislation and as per agreement.
